tugasan kami (sambungan2)

The objectives of this report is to explore the usage of Micro Hardness Testers and understand the machine well. Second is to show the important of material hardness testing using the micro hardness testers. Lastly is to show the application of ICT in the Micro Hardness Testers, how it related and why must have the application.
This machine is fully computerize ;

Hardness Testing Evaluation Software

  • Suitable for all hardness testers of all manufacturers
  • Connection to several hardness testers possible
  • Methods Rockwell DIN EN ISO 6508, Vickers DIN EN ISO 6507, Brinell DIN EN ISO 6506, Knoop ISO 4545 and DIN ISO 4516
  • Video camera connectable via frame grabber, for manual measurement of indentation on screen
  • Correction of curved surfaces acc. to DIN EN ISO for Vickers and Rockwell
  • Conversion acc. to DIN 50150 (old)
  • Warning when scale range is exceeded
  • Batch inspection as standard (options: process inspection, weld inspection)
  • Measured values as table and diagram
  • Statistics, data export, (option control card)
  • Operations system Windows 95 / 98 / NT
  • Languages D – E – F – I
  • Customized connection and networking with QA systems

New optics with digital measurement and evaluation

  • Generally overhauled high-load hardness tester
  • Equipped with digital measurement and evaluation
  • Video technology for convenient and low-fatigue operation

For all hardness testers with diffusing screen

  • Digital reference for hardness testing acc. to Vickers, Brinell and Knoop
  • Can be integrated into all Vickers and Brinell hardness testers with ground-glass plate
  • High resolution of 1/100 mm
  • Low-fatigue application of measurement marks by two dyed measuring pins
  • No parallax error since measurement is always done directly at the edge of the measuring pin
  • Low investment cost

In combination with the UHP 9709 Panel or a PC with the HardWin software the hardness value is directly displayed in digital form.
